I will work on your commission on weekends or holidays (Malaysia holidays, GMT +8).

I do not work on a "first come, first serve" basis.

(For non-illust) Depending on how busy I am, your commission may take about 1-2 weeks.

Illustrations may take longer and also depends on how busy I am, but we can manage if you'd like

I only accept visual references for characters. I do not take written descriptions of their design. If possible, please provide an unshaded reference.

^ Written descriptions of characters you want to commission me will be rejected.

I do not take references and/or commissions made by AI-generated materials.

It is preferred if you send a visual reference of how you'd like your commission to look like, its ok if you cannot draw, you can use stickman and label how'd you want it to be!

I have the right to refuse any commission with and without a reason.

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. You will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.

May have an extra (small) fee for deadlines, depending on how soon it is.

Commissions are meant for personal use only, commercial (meant for selling, etc) must be discussed and must be mentioned in the "question" box in the Google Form (the final question).

Commissions can be reposted by the customer with proper credit.

Commissions can only be used by the customer and those given permission.

Payment must be received after getting and confirming the sketch.

I DO NOT take split payment.

Please try to pay a week after receiving the sketch, otherwise your commission is cancelled.

I take TNG/Touch 'n Go (local) and robux payment (international) currently.

You may request refunds, but how much you will get will depend on the progress:

Sketch phase: 100%

Colouring phase: 80-90%

Rendering phase: 50%

Full refund will be given if I do not finish your commission in time/unable to finish your commission.

Emergency refunds will be given in case of unforeseen circumstances (90-70%)

You will pay after receiving the sketch.

Alterations/Changes during sketch phase remains free

Alterations/Changes during colouring/rendering phase will add a small fee, but may vary depending on complexity of change

If I did something wrong in your commission (mistakes on the coloring, missing details, etc) don't be afraid on asking me for changes!

Sending a response to the Google Form is not an automatic confirmation.

If slots are full and/or im busy, I will sometimes do commissions like this, sketch > icon > illustration (illust/high priority comms (such as high payment ones) may be done first.)

Acceptance or rejection message of your order will be sent 1-3 days after your response
