1. You must pay after a sketch has been given and approved, or else your commission will be automatically cancelled.
2. i usually wait for payment, and i won't continue if you're not paying
3. Split payment is not accepted.GENERAL
4. I only accept visual references for characters (image reference), I do not do the designs for you. (it takes too much thinking i hate it)
5. None of these are first come, first serve.
6. Using and reposting the commission is OK if you are the commissioner.
6b. If you happen to be recieving the commission as a gift, you may also use as long as the commissioner is okay with it.REFUND POLICY
7. Refunds are OK as long as the progress isn't near done or already done.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
8. All commissions that are available are for personal use and that only.
9. Planning to resell, or use for commercial purposes must be discussed beforehand if the commission is approve.You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, you do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
10. I have the right to cancel/refuse your order with and without a reason.
11. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. You will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.ALTERATIONS
12. When I give you the sketch, asking for an alteration/change such as posing, facial expression is OK and won't increase the price.
13. Alterations cannot be asked after the commission is completed.
14. If you'd like to alter after the sketch (such as colouring phase) it will increase the price depending on your request.SHIPS
15. Ships are OK as long as they are appropriate.

19. Though I don't get commissions often, if I have a more complex commission pending, I will focus on that then work on the simple ones.
